Frequently asked questions
If your question is not covered here, call or send an enquiry and we will talk it through with you.
01How much does a wedding website cost?
Wedding websites: From €499. After your enquiry, we will talk through your plans and recommend the right setup during a consultation. SMS sending itself is handled separately.
02Do you send the SMS messages?
The SMS sending system is handled separately. This platform stores the guest names and mobile numbers and creates the unique invitation link for each number. You can export the full list ready for your separate SMS process.
03How does a guest open their invitation?
They tap their unique link and enter the same mobile number held on the guest list. The link and number must match. They do not need to create an account or remember a password.
04Can couples share a phone number?
Yes. Members of a household can share one mobile number and respond individually from the same private invitation.
05Can we control who is allowed a plus-one?
Yes. Plus-one permission is set guest by guest. Only guests given that option will see the field on their RSVP.
06Is the couples app in the App Store?
The couple dashboard is installed through SuperPWA from the secure website, so it sits on the phone home screen and behaves like an app without requiring an App Store download.
07Can guests upload photos without downloading an app?
Yes. They scan the QR code on the table card, enter their name and upload photos or short videos directly from their phone.
08How long does the website take to build?
Most builds can be prepared in around 10–14 working days once the agreed information, images and design direction have been supplied. Timing is confirmed during the consultation.
09Will our private pages appear on Google?
No. Couple dashboards, guest invitations and photo upload pages are marked private and no-index, and they are sent with no-cache security headers.
10Can we update details after launch?
Yes. Wedding details, schedules, guest records and planning information can continue to be updated as plans develop.
