Terms and conditions
The main terms applying to Wedding Websites Ireland consultations, builds and connected planning services.
Draft updated: 21 August 2026
Service agreement
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or require payment. The project begins only when scope, timing, payment arrangements and the agreed start are confirmed in writing.
Pricing
Wedding website services: From €499. The exact scope and price for each wedding are confirmed in writing after the consultation and before the project begins. SMS delivery itself is handled separately. No other charge applies unless it is clearly disclosed and approved in writing before the project begins.
Information supplied by the couple
The couple is responsible for providing accurate wedding details, guest contact information and media they have permission to use. Build dates depend on receiving the agreed content and feedback on time.
Guest communications
The platform creates guest records and unique invitation links. SMS delivery is handled separately. The couple is responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of guest contact data submitted for invitation communications.
Approvals and changes
A preview is supplied before launch. Reasonable corrections within the agreed design are completed before approval. New functions, a new design direction or significant new content after approval may require a separate quote and schedule.
Hosting and third parties
The written agreement confirms the service and data-retention period before work begins. Essential providers such as hosting, email, SuperPWA and maps may have their own availability and privacy terms, but no provider fee is passed to the couple unless it was disclosed and approved in advance.
Private access
Couple logins, invitation links and photo QR links must be kept secure. Wedding Websites Ireland should be told promptly if access is shared unintentionally or a link needs to be replaced.
Photo uploads
Guests must upload only media they are entitled to share. The couple controls their private inbox and is responsible for downloading any media they wish to retain before the agreed retention period ends. Unlawful or unsafe files may be removed.
Liability
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by inaccurate information, third-party platform outages, internet access, unsupported devices, separate SMS delivery or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending or suspending service
Access may be suspended to protect guest information, respond to misuse or complete essential maintenance. Cancellation, refunds and post-wedding closure follow the written project agreement supplied before work begins.
