Wedding Websites Ireland provides personalised wedding websites and connected planning and guest-management tools. Our contact email is info@weddingwebsitesireland.ie and our business address is 18/19 Harcourt St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin 2, D02 PR84.
Information we collect
We collect information submitted through consultation forms, account details supplied by couples, wedding planning information, guest names and mobile numbers, RSVP responses, meal selections, dietary or accessibility information, supplier and budget entries, and files voluntarily uploaded through a wedding photo link.
How information is used
Information is used only to respond to enquiries, provide the contracted wedding website service, authenticate private invitations, record guest responses, operate planning tools, support the couple and protect the service from misuse.
Guest information
The couple provides the guest list for the purpose of delivering and managing wedding invitations. Guest phone numbers are matched to unique invitation links. Guests should contact the couple first about their invitation details or response. Sensitive dietary information should be limited to what the venue needs.
Storage and security
Private pages use access controls and no-cache headers. Recoverable guest phone numbers, guest dietary details and invitation tokens are encrypted in the database. Photo files are stored in a protected area and served through an authorised request rather than a public gallery. No internet system is completely risk-free, so access should be kept private and suspected link sharing reported promptly.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by essential hosting, email, security and technical service providers needed to operate the website. SMS sending is a separate service and is not performed by this plugin.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept only for the wedding planning and agreed post-wedding period, legitimate business records and support. Archived wedding photos and closed consultation enquiries are automatically removed according to the configured retention settings. Administrators can export or delete consultation enquiries, and couples can request export, correction or deletion of their account data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
